About the Role
This is a part-time Consultant Psychologist role designed for professionals who want flexibility while continuing meaningful clinical work.
You will primarily focus on client consultations and therapy sessions, while also contributing to Koott’s broader mission of improving mental health care quality and accessibility.
This role is remote and shift-based, with initial training provided.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct 1:1 therapy and consultation sessions with clients
2. Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges
3. Provide structured, evidence-based psychological support
4. Help in understanding cases and contributing to basic therapeutic direction when required
5. Maintain proper session notes and clinical documentation
6. Participate in supervision and internal case discussions
7. Collaborate with senior psychologists to maintain care quality and consistency
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology or equivalent)
Prior experience in therapy or psychological consultation (preferred)
Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Ability to hold emotionally sensitive conversations with clarity and presence
Good communication skills and client engagement ability
Ethical and responsible approach to psychological care
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team
