About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join Koott in a part-time remote capacity.
In this role, you will primarily focus on therapy sessions and clinical care, while being part of a structured, supportive team that values ethical practice, supervision, and continuous learning.
This is a remote, shift-based role with initial onboarding and training.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and emotional difficulties
2. Carry out psychological assessments and develop structured case understanding
3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs
4. Maintain clear and ethical clinical documentation
5. Participate in supervision, case discussions, and internal training sessions
6. Collaborate with senior psychologists to ensure quality and continuity of care
7. Contribute to improving overall therapeutic practices within Koott
Requirements
M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology with valid license to practice independently (mandatory)
Experience in handling a range of clinical cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, and related conditions
Strong grounding in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Ability to work independently while also being open to supervision and collaboration
Good communication skills with strong emotional presence in sessions
Ethical, responsible, and client-centered approach to therapy
Willingness to grow, learn, and work in a fast-evolving mental health platform
