About the Role

As a Client Care Executive, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients interacting with Koott. Your role is to ensure that sessions, communication, and overall client coordination happen smoothly and professionally.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

This is a remote role involving operational coordination and client support.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate therapy bookings, schedules, and session-related support
2. Assist clients with queries, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
3. Support psychologists and internal teams with operational tasks
4. Ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists
5. Handle rescheduling, reminders, and basic issue resolution
6. Maintain organized records and operational updates
7. Monitor day-to-day workflow to ensure quality client experience
8. Support internal coordination during workshops, webinars, or special programs when needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people-handling skills

  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Calm, empathetic, and professional approach while interacting with clients

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Good problem-solving and coordination ability

  • Basic understanding of Google Workspace and online communication tools

  • Ability to work responsibly with confidential information

  • Prior customer support or operations experience is a plus, but not mandatory
