About the Role

We are looking for a Child Behavioural Therapist who can work closely with children experiencing behavioural, emotional, social, or developmental challenges.

In this role, you will support children through structured behavioural interventions while also guiding parents and caregivers in understanding and responding to their child’s needs more effectively.

This is a remote role with supervision, collaboration, and continuous learning support.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct behavioural therapy sessions for children and adolescents
2. Work on concerns such as emotional regulation, behavioural difficulties, attention-related concerns, social challenges, and routine-related issues
3. Develop structured behavioural intervention plans tailored to each child
4. Support parents with behaviour management strategies and emotional guidance
5. Track progress and maintain proper session documentation
6. Collaborate with psychologists and clinical supervisors when required
7. Use child-friendly, evidence-based therapeutic and behavioural approaches
8. Contribute to parent guidance programs or psychoeducation sessions when needed

Requirements

  • Background in Psychology, Behavioural Therapy, Child Development, or related field

  • Experience working with children with behavioural or developmental concerns (preferred)

  • Understanding of behavioural intervention techniques and child psychology basics

  • Ability to connect with children in a patient, calm, and engaging manner

  • Strong communication skills with both children and parents

  • Compassionate, observant, and structured approach to therapy

  • Comfortable working in a remote therapy setup

  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work within a supervised care environment
